Someone has unleashed Barry Sheen!

Well Tesco's was a success, he met loads of people, wasn't phased by the Metro passing or the shopping trolleys.

The only reaction he did have was to one particular woman. When she tried to stroke him he almost dissapeared over my shoulder. Not sure at all what it was she seemed nice , she might have approached him a bit quickly but he just seemed to want to get away from her.

Last night wasn't too bad , he woke up about 11.30pm and wailed for about 10 minutes, then again at 5.50am. I waited until he settled again and got him up about 6.20am. So we're getting there.

We're trying to get the toileting under control so that we're more pro active about it rather than waiting for a signal and running. I'm keeping a note of toileting times and making sure I take him every hour/hour and a half. Hopefully he'll have it down by the end of the weekend. Today has gone well other than one tiny wee which I think was more down to excitement than anything else.

My folks came over this afternoon and my dad was playing on the floor with Rohan. Rohan was loving it and set off doing laps of the living room as fast as he could possibly go coming to a halt next to my dad each time. It's the first time he's done that since he's been here so hopefully he's settling in and feeling content.

He also performed his tricks brilliantly for them , he can sit, lie down, and leave treats (off). He's so cute when he does 'off 'and still has his paws on if I say 'all four paws on the floor' he moves them . I think he's going to be the Dougie Howzer of the dog world.

Our biggest challenge is definitely going to be getting him to settle on his own. I started this morning by leaving him while I had a shower and he wailed for a good while. It wasn't great just standing behind the door until he was quiet but I then carried on as if nothing had happened rather than make a fuss of him so fingers crossed he'll start to settle straight away.
